Ralph Bennetsen

Over 25 years experience in Real Estate development with primary expertise in project, development, operations and facilities management. As leader of ISM, Ralph’s sphere of operations is diversified to include industrial, commercial and multi residential as well as ‘start to finish’ land development.  ISM has a strong portfolio of completed projects including the recently completed Commonwealth Centre in Calgary, a long list of hotels, resort and commercial projects throughout British Columbia as well as quality ‘green zone’ residential developments.  Ralph has a thorough grasp of the complexity of sustainable development as well as the need to deliver a project on budget and on time. 

With 40 years experience in research and development of Environmentally Sustainable Communities, Dr. Jank has become world renowned for his expertise in water and wastewater management.  His accomplishments include:  Divisional Manager, Biological Processes and Director of Environment Canada's Wastewater Technology Center for over 25 years; responsible for design, construction and 6 year operations for the Town of Banff's Wastewater Treatment Plant; Technical Advisor for the design and construction of Wastewater Treatment Plants for Columbia Icefield, Municipality of Jasper, the Britannia Cooper Mine in BC to name only a few.

As CEO of Water Technology International, he established offices in the US, Mexico, Egypt and Poland, and participated in the development of industrial source control programs in the US, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, Poland, Egypt and Jordan.  His knowledge and contribution to our development team is invaluable.

Mr. Zaidi has over 35 years experience in environmental engineering.  He is a sustainable development strategist, developer, teacher and consultant, involved in sustainable land development, green building technologies and environmental education. He is the Managing Director of Canadian Clean Technology Institute Inc. and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Calgary.

He is founding shareholder in sever land development projects in Alberta and Ontario.  His focus demonstrates the commercial viability of cutting edge sustainable land development and green job creation approach as an integral element of the projects.

Mr. Zaidi has written and published in professional journals and technical papers.  He has written many technical reports and co-authored a design manual for technologies for the treatment of wastewater in the oil & gas industry.

Mr. Zazelenchuk is a professional planning and development consultant with experience in the planning, coordination and approval of numerous land development projects throughout Alberta.  He has over 35 years of experience in both private and public sectors including project management and coordination, supervision, budgeting and planning, and technical support services. His expertise includes assignments ranging from policy analysis, commercial and residential market analysis, site evaluations, land use feasibility studies, to conceptual and detailed subdivision planning and approvals.  In addition, Ron brings with him experience both as a planner with the City of Calgary and as a liaison between City planning departments and his clients.  This diverse experience provides a superior understanding of the complex planning issues affecting the land development industry.

With a passion to protect and preserve our environment, Noel's focus is to develop sustainable communities that he and Foundation Capital can not only be proud of, but can be used as industry examples of just how efficient and cost effective "going green" has evolved.  His land management and development background includes senior management involvement with a $3.5 billion publicly traded Real Estate development company.  In addition to projects he is working on within the Harvest Group of Companies, Noel currently provides advisory service to private and public clients including Melcor Developments, Ivanhoe Cambridge, the MD of Rocky View and Highfield Stock Farms.

Scott Rohrer, B.S., B.A., S.H.K - Business & Market Analyst
Scott Rohrer, Foundation Capital Corporation’s Business and Market Analyst,  got his start in business working with Hewlett-Packard Co. in 1981.  His 20-year career with HP took on a decidedly international flavour with Scott being involved with HP Divisions all over the world, managing projects and teaching project management skills to engineers and managers on 4 continents.

After HP, Scott spent 5 years doing international mission and relief work. He was part of the team that took the first shipment of medical aid into Southern Iraq after the last Gulf War. And then, for the last 3 years, Scott has been involved with real estate development and oil and gas project management.

Scott, with his wife and 2 youngest children, moved to Calgary from New Hampshire in February of 2009 to work on various Foundation Capital Projects, including their oil and gas project.
Terressa Moore graduated from Dalhousie University and moved to Alberta with her husband in 1986.  After several in the role of  Manager/Supervisor with a large Canadian ladies retail chain, she dedicated her time to raising her 2 children. She volunteered for 10 years on parent council, 5 of those years as chairperson. She also volunteered for 12 years in on the Temple Community Board, with 6 of those years on the Board of Directors.

Terressa and her husband are long term investors with the Harvest Group (13 years) and believe in the company, the people involved and its products.

Alvin Fritz earned his degree from University of British Columbia in 1983. Upon graduating he recieved the RAIC Gold Medal for the highest standard in his class as well as a DAAD scholarship to pursue post graduate studies at the Technical University of Munich.

He incorporated his own practice in 1989 and has given leadership to and overseen the growth of the firm to 23 employees.

Alvin has been Principal Architect on all projects in the history of the firm and has specialized in residental, seniors and assisted living projects.

Alvin has an exceptional repuation for working effectively with Authorities Having Jurusdiction across Western Canada and has been a guest lecturer at the University of Calgary presenting planning strategies to students and professional studying Project Development.



Communications strategist and speaker, Roy Beyer is presently the Sr. Marketing Director with Foundation Capital Corporation, a part of the Harvest Group of Companies.

Born and raised in Lethbridge, Alberta, Roy has traveled extensively in his work across Canada with a passion to see people succeed beyond the ordinary. With a varied background as a communications strategist, he has always advocated for the 'ordinary person' and has encouraged people towards a success they can be proud of. "I've learned a great deal through both failures and successes - my biggest lesson is to take heed to the advice of people who have actually succeeded."
